  • 摘要:用荧光光谱法研究了小麦根施稀土元素铕数天后,Eu3+在根和叶片细胞膜和细胞内的分布定位。测试结果与对照相比,小麦细胞膜和线粒体的相对荧光强度较强,细胞质中没有铕的荧光;根和叶片细胞的细胞膜和线粒体单位蛋白所结合的稀土元素铕的含量不同。表明稀土元素铕在细胞内与蛋白质的结合不具有随机性,而是在细胞膜和线粒体内有富集和积累。
  • Abstract:Distribution of rare earth element Eu uptaken by root cell and leaf cell of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)was determined based on Eu fluorescence property.The results showed that the fluorescence intensities of plasmalemma and mitochondria were obviously stronger in the sample than that in the control.The contents of Eu3+ binding to protein of plasmalemma and mitochondria of both root and lead were not the same.In addition,the relative permeability of plasma membrane was almost identical to the control.It was concluded that Eu could be taken up into plant cells without breaking the plasmalemma.Eu3+ absorbed into cell was enriched in mitochondria of wheat.
