  • 摘要:对CaO经乙醇调质后的固硫特性进行了试验研究,详细研究了水合温度、乙醇/H2O配比等因素对CaO固硫率的影响并作了理论分析,探讨了调质过程的机理。提出了在乙醇调质CaO后再添加少量金属化合物的方法,发现在1100℃高温下仍可达70%的固硫率。
  • Abstract:The SO2removal characteristic of CaO modified by ethanol were studied experimentally.The hydration temperature,Ethanol H2O ratio,combustion temperature and others were investigated systematically and analyzed theoretically.The desulphurization efficiency of the CaO would be about 80% when hydration temperature is 15℃,Ethanol H2O ratio is 50%,combustion temperature is 1100℃ and Ca/S ratio is 3.0.It is also proposed that by the way of adding some metal compounds to CaO modified by ethanol,the desulphurization efficiency could be 67%-70% at combustion temperature 1100℃ as Ca/S ratio 2.0.The mechanisms of CaO treatment were also discussed in the thesis.
