  • 摘要:在实验室与野外田间状态下,研究了氯唑磷农药在砂土、砂壤土及粘壤土中的降解特性,降解速率依次为:砂壤土>粘壤土>矿土;其降解半衰期分别为47.2、59.8和67.3d.测定了氯唑磷农药在上述3种土壤中的淋溶移动性能,其淋溶移动速率次序为砂土>砂壤土>粘壤土;试验区地下水中均检测到氯唑磷农药残留,证实氯唑磷农药对地下水有污染影响。
  • Abstract:The mobility and degradation of Isazophos in different texture soils were studied in laboratory and open fields.The results showed that the degradation rate of Isazophos in soil was in the order:sandy loam soil>clay loam soil>sandy soil,and half-time of Isazophos degradation in the three different soils were 47.2 days,59.8 days and 67.3 days,respectively.The mobility of Isazophos in the three different soils was studied by soil column elution method.The results showed that the leaching ability of Isazophos was found in the order:sandy soil>sandy loam soil>clay loam soil.The mobility of Isazophos was similar to the mobility of pesticide Alachor,and the groundwater pollution of Isazophos maybe happened.The results of open field tests showed that Isazophos has been identified in the groundwater under test areas.It is verified that the groundwater pollution of Isazophos has been happened.
