中国工业固体废物产生量预测研究

- 摘要：采用时间序列分析法对中国固体废物产生量进行预测,结果表明2015年中国县及县以上企业固体废物产生量将达到93267万t,危险废物将达到1399万t.中国主要工业行业固体废物产生量预测表明,采掘业,电力、煤气及水的生产供应业,黑色金属冶炼及压延工业,化学原料及化学制品制造业,有色金属冶炼及压延工业,食品、烟草及饮料制造业,非金属矿物制造业,机械、电气、电子设备制造业等8个行业将继续占固体废物产生总量的90%以上。2015年中国工业企业(包括乡镇企业)的固体废物和危险废物的产生量将分别达到23.1亿t和0.5
- Abstract：Basedon the characteristics of environmental statistical dataon solid wastes, the Time Serious Analysisapproachis used to predictthe nationalgeneration of industrial solid wastes.The result shows that in 2015 the generation ofindustrialsolid wastesin enterprises atcountyleveland above willreach 932.67 milliontons and the generation of hazardous wastes willarriveat13.99 milliontons.In the indus trialsectors the predicted was tegeneration, such as miningandquarrying;production and supply of electric power, gas, and waster;smelting and processing offerrous metals;raw chemical materials and chemical products;smelting and processing of non ferrous metals;food, beverage and tobacco industry;non metal mineralproducts;and manrfacturingof machinebuilding, electric machine, andelectronicequipment manu facturing willstillkeepabove90% ofthetotalgeneration.Ifthetownshipenterprisegenerationisinclud ed, the total national generation of solid wastes and hazardous wastes willreach 2.31 billion tonsand 57 milliontons in 2015 respectively.The main generators willbechangedtotownshipenterprisesfrom state own enterprises gradually.
