摘要：观察了硒酵母治疗地方性砷中毒病人14个月的排砷效果.结果显示,硒酵母治疗3个月后,治疗组发、血、尿砷的下降速度比对照组明显加快,至14个月,治疗组发、血、尿砷分别下降了77.8%,88.2%和73.1%,与对照组相比,治疗组发砷和血砷的下降幅度明显增大.

Abstract：After substituting high arsenic content drinking water with safe water, 252 arsenism patients were divided into two groups at random: one was treated by selenium yeast and the other is control, in which there were 100 cases and 86 cases completely conducted respectively. To the treated group, 2 tablets of selenium yeast (containing 200μg Se) were given daily for 3 months and then 1 tablet (100μg Se) for another 3 months; and then two tablets for the next 3 months and 1 tablet for the last 5 months. The results showed that at the end of 3rd month, the blood As in treated group was higher than that of pre-treatment. After 3 months, the decline of hair As, blood As and urine As in treated group were much higher than that in the control group. At last, the As content in blood, urine and hair of the treated group were 0.016μg/mL, 0.030μg/mL and 0.798μg/g respectively, which accounted for 22.2%, 11.8% and 26.9% of that before treatment. But the As content in blood, urine and hair of the control group were 0.027μg/mL, 0.053μg/mL and 1.480μg/g respectively, which accounted for 38.6%, 14.9% and 52.4% of their original ones. There were 45.63% patients with hair As<0.6μg/g, 96.63% patients with urine As<0.09μg/mL and 95.6% patients with blood As<0.025μg/mL in the treated group finally; in contrast, the parcentage of patients were only 30.65%, 85.71% and 50.00% respectively in the control.
