  • 摘要:为了解我国商品农药三氯杀螨醇是否具有明显的雌激素活性,利用整体给药方式检测了不同剂量三氯杀螨醇对未成熟小鼠子宫的作用.结果表明,较低剂量的三氯杀螨醇未使小鼠子宫明显增重,当剂量增加到4mg和8mg时,子宫重量明显增加,与对照组结果相比,有显著差异.将以上结果与雌二醇、o.p'DDT的作用进行了比较.本实验的结果说明三氯杀螨醇具有明显的雌激素活性.同时还表明小鼠子宫增重法对评价某些环境雌激素的雌激素生物活性来说是一种较为简便可靠的检测方法.
  • Abstract:The estrogenic activity of dicofol locally produced was investigated using the uterine proliferation in mice as an endpoint after subcutaneous administration. The results showed that there was no marked effect on the increase of uterine weight after treatment with lower doses of dicofol,but as the dose increased up to 4mg and 8mg the uterine weight increased significantly. Compaing with those of estradiol and o,p′-DDT,of which the uterotropic actions were well documented, the estrogenic effect of dicofol is weaker than the two compounds. These results demonstrated that the locally produced dicofol possesses estrogenic activity, and the in vivo bioassay used in this study provides a simple and effective approach to screen the estrogenic action of environmental chemicals.
