- The action of different kinds of ion on free radicals induced by carbon tetrachloride and its environmental biological significance
- 摘要:报道了一种简便的CCl4体外引发自由基反应的模型,以小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的OD532nm值(MDAOD532nm作为测定自由基反应的间接指标,研究了Hg2+、Mn2+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Cr3+、SeO2-3等离子和As2O3水溶液在CCl4引发自由基反应体系中的作用.结果表明:Mn2+能显著抑制自由基的生成,Cr3+有一定的抑制作用,而Hg2+对自由基产生有明显促进作用,其它离子的作用不明显.就CCl4与无机离子相互作用的环境生物学意义进行了探讨.
- Abstract:The value of OD 532nm of malondialdehyed(MDA) formed by lipid peroxidation was used as an indirect index of reaction with free radicals.The roles of Hg2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, SeO3 2-and water solution of As2O3 in vitro system of CCl-4 producing free radicals were studied.The results indicated that Mn2+, Cr3+ inhibited the production of free radicals induced by CCl-4, but on the contrary, Hg2+ showed an enhancing effect, and the roles of other ions were ambiguous.The environmental biological significance of the reciprocity of CCl-4 and inorganic ions was discussed.
