- 摘要:以Tilman提出的“资源竞争机制学说”为依据,在单因子(光、磷)限制条件下,测定并计算铜绿微囊藻(Microcystisaeruginosa)和斜生栅藻(Scenedesmusobliquus)的半饱和常数,以双因子交互作用模型预测它们的生长动态.结果表明:在光强为10.0~17.1μE和磷浓度为3.10~20.0μmol的范围内,微囊藻的生长率大于栅藻的生长率.说明磷的增加是微囊藻成为水华的充分条件,但不是必要条件,至少低光强是一个重要的作用因子.
- Abstract:The experiments were craried out based on Tilman's mechanistic theory of resource competition.The specific growth rates of Microcystis aerugi nos and Scenedesm us obliquus were measured with phosphorus-limited or irradiance of light-limited, and half-saturated constants of M.aerugi nos and S.obliquus were calculated, then their growth dynamics were predicted by the modification of Monod equation for interaction between pohsphours and the irradiance.The results displayed that growth rate of M.aerugions is larger than that of S.obliquus in the range of irradiance between 10.0~17.1μE.m-2.s-1 and phosphorus.3.10~20.0μmol·L-1. This illustrates that the phosphorus is one, not full of requirements for M.aerugi nos bloom exploding, but low irradiance of light is necessary at least.
