  • 摘要:研究了凤眼莲(Eichhorniacrassipes)根系分泌物对栅藻(ScenedesmusarcuatusLemm)超微结构及生长代谢的影响.结果显示,凤眼莲对栅藻有明显的克生作用,藻的数量逐步减少.栅藻生长受影响后,细胞中叶绿体片层肿胀甚至解体,线粒体嵴消失,质膜、核膜受破坏.光合放氧的速度明显下降,可溶性蛋白的含量四天后4线下降.超氧阴离子(O2)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量上升,峰值都出现在处理后第6天.超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和比活性有激应性升高,但随处理天数的延长又呈急剧下降趋势.过氧化物酶(POD)的活性则持续上升.
  • Abstract:The effects of the excretion from root system of E.crassipes on the cell ultrastructure and metabolism of S.arcuatus were studied.The results indicated that the growth of S.arcuatus was inhibited by E.crassipes, its biomass decreased gradually.Chloroplast lamella swelled and disintergrated, mitochonria cristea disappeared, plasmolemma and nuclear envelope suffered destruction.Photosynthetic O2 evolution rate declined obviously from beginning;soluble protein content decreased after four days.The contents of O2 and MDA increased, each reached to the maximum at the sixth day.SOD activity and the specific activity increased first, but decreased rapidly with increase of treatment time.POD activity increased continuoulsy.
