- 摘要:采用根垫法研究了小麦根际土壤中铜和铅形态的变化,研究结果表明:根际土壤中交换态铜的含量显著增加,0—5mm范围内交换态铜增加110%.碳酸盐结合态铜含量则有所下降.这样的根际影响随着距离根系距离的加大而减弱,铜形态变化主要发生在0—2mm范围内.铅的形态则没有发生这样的变化.
- Abstract:Fractionation of copper and lead in wheat rhizosphere were investigated using root-box technique.The soil samples from both rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere were extracted using a sequential extraction procedure.It was demonstrated that the availability of copper in the wheat rhizospere soil increased significantly especially within 2mm at the top layer, indicated by increase in exchangeable fraction and decrease in carbonate fraction.No such change was observed for lead at the exact same condition.
