  • 摘要:采用MPN法测定浙江-闽北陆架沉积物的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB).结果表明, 在表层其出现率和平均含量各为84.2%和436.8个(细胞/g(湿重), 浅层则各为42.4%和16.4个/g.近岸的南区表层和浅层沉积物SRB出现率、平均含量分别为93.0%、5.76个/g和33.3%、26.7个/g;远岸的北区则分别为75.0%、30.2个/g和533%、41个/g.分析了SRB含量与相应样品中硫化物、有机质含量、Fe3+/Fe2+、pH、Eh、电阻率等生物地球化学因子间的相关关系, 发现SRB含量与它们间以正相关关系为主, 其中SRB与Fe3+/Fe2+、Eh间的正相关性最为明确, 与电阻率间以负相关关系多见.讨论了SRB含量及其分布状况对腐蚀性的意义.
  • Abstract:The SRB content in the sediment of the Zhejiang-North Fujian continental shelf was determined using the method of MPN. The results indicated that: the percentage of occurrence and average content of SRB in the surface sediment surveyed were 84.2% and 436 cell/g wet sediment (the same below) respectively, and in the shallow layer of the sediment were 42.4% and 164 cell/g respectively. As to the distribution state of SRB contents, it was discovered that the percentage of occurrence and average content of SRB in the surface sediment sureveyed in the inshore area were 75.0% and 302 cell/g, and in the offshorearea were 53.3% and 41 cell/g respectively. Enquiring was made as to the significance of SRB contents and their distribution condition to the extent of corrosiveness of the enviromment surveyed. An anlysis of the corrclation bctween the SRB content and the contents of sulphide, organic matter, Fe3+/Fe2+, pH, E h and electric-resistivity respectively revealed that: there were mainly some positive correlations among them, especially there were very significant positive correlations between SRB content and E h, Fe3+/Fe2+ respectively. But a negative correlation was found between SRB content and electric resistivity. The seven biogeochemical parameters including SRB condition etc. have provided important information for correctly assessing the phenomenon of environmental corrosiveness in the area surveyed.
