  • 摘要::以所选育的9501和9502菌种混和培养处理玉米酒精糟液生产生物饲料蛋白, 经约40h培养后糟液COD由5.0-890mg/L降为5.124mg/L, 酒糟滤液COD由334.50降为512.4mg/L, 降解率达84.7%—89.9%, 经国家饲料中心检测所得微生物蛋白与通常的DDGS产品相比在品质上有显著提高, 氨基酸总量提高达11.86%, 其中蛋氨酸和赖氨酸分别提高117%和16.0%, 同时还含有大量的维生素(VB1:2.74mg/kg, VB2:34.4mg/kg), 粗蛋白由30.2%提高到42.4%, 纤维低于6%.
  • Abstract:By blending culture with two selected bascteria 9501 and 9502, biological protein feed was produced from the corn alcohol stillage.After 40 h culture, COD of the stillage decreased from 50890mg/L to 5124mg/L, and COD of its filtrate decreased from 33450mg/L to 5124mg/L.The degradation rate was 84.7%—89.9%.According to the test of China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Feed, the microbial protein quality of the feed is significantly improved compared with general DDGS produce.Total amino acid, methionine and lysine increased by 11.86%, 117% and 160% respectively.The biological protein feed was rich in vitamins(VB1.274mg/kg, VB2.34 2mg/kg).The raw protein increased from 30.2% to 42.4%, the fiber was less than 6%.The high protein feed has bright future in practice.
