高温突跃法处理城市污泥的研究
- Study on the municipal sewage sludge disposal by temperature-jump process
- 摘要:利用电弧等离子体技术产生高温突跃, 处理上海市曹杨污水处理厂的脱水污泥, 从中快速制得可燃气体, 其主要成份是CO.产物气体可以直接点火燃烧, 火焰温度达80.0℃左右.试验结果表明, 污泥含水量在43%左右时, CO产率较高.
- Abstract:The study applies Temperature-jump technology to dispose of sludge and aims to take flammable gas from sludge.The result shows that, the carbon monoxide yield of sludge with a moisture content of about 43% is quite high, which can be directly burnt. This paper reports on the possibility of the present technology, and supplies basic data for the appraisal of material balance and energy balance.
