  • 摘要:在热重分析的基础上,建立了石灰石煅烧固硫反应过程的数学模型,并对影响固硫效果的SO2浓度、反应温度及颗粒粒径等因素进行了研究.模型的计算结果和试验结果吻合较好,该量小于12%,对脱硫实践具有指导意义.
  • Abstract:SO2 absorbence with limestone in fluidized bed coal combustion is one technology which has been widely used for a long time. In this paper, a grain model used to simulate the process of calcination and desulfurization reaction of limestone was established on the condition of TGA. The influence of SO2 concentration, reaction temperature and particle size were discussed in the model. The calculated results was in good agreement with experimental ones. The established model has significant guidance for desulfurization.
