  • 摘要:运用评价化学品毒性藻类测试的标准实验方法,得到铜、锌和锰对月形藻生长的最小无显著差异浓度(LNOEC)分别为31.8μg/L、16.4μg/L和2.7mgL,抑制月形藻生长的96h半效应浓度(96hEC50)分别为199.5μg/L、38.0μg/L和12.6mgL.实验结果表明无论从LNOEC还是从96hEC50考虑,都证明抑制月形藻生长的毒性由大到小的顺序是锌>铜>锰.此结果对铜抑制藻类生长的毒性远远大于锌的毒性这一人们普遍认同的观点构成挑战.月
  • Abstract:A standard method of algal bioassay for evaluating the toxicity of toxic chemical was applied in the experiments. The lowest no observable effect concentrations (LNOEC) of Cu, Zn and Mn on the growth of Closterium lunula were found to be 31.8μg/L, 16.4μg/L and 2 7mg/L, and 96h EC50 s were obversed to be 199.5μg/L, 38.0μg/L and 12.6mg/L, respectively. According to both LNOEC and 96h EC50 calculated, the toxicities of these metals on inhibiting the growth of C.lunula were increased in the order Zn>Cu>Mn. These results challenge the general idea that Cu is more toxic on microalgae than Zn. It was suggested that more functional groups with stronger affinitify to Zn rather than Cu on the cell surface of C.lunula are mainly responsible for higher toxic effect of Zn than Cu on the inhibition of C.lunula's growth.
