  • 摘要:用模糊数学的方法对不同材料表面上形成生物膜的诱导期和平均生物垢量建立了评价及预测模型.对文献中及作者试验过的22种表面材料在不同流速条件下形成生物膜的诱导期及生物垢量作了拟合评价.结果表明,有16种样本的诱导期及19种样本的生物垢量的评价结果与实测结果相符合,准确率分别为72.7%和86.4%.此外,还对玻璃和氟化乙丙烯两种固体材料在流速为1m/s条件下的生物垢生长情况进行了预测,结果也与实测结果相吻合.
  • Abstract:The model of evaluation and prediction about biofilm formation on surface of different surface materials was founded according to fuzzy fundamentals. Correlative appraisement of biofilm induction period and biofilm mass was done via the model based on the experimental results of 22 kinds of surface materials which has been tested by the authors and other researchers. The results showed that the evaluation of biofilm induction period for 16 kinds of surface materials and the appraisement of biofilm mass for 19 samples are consistent with experiments, which means that the accuracy of the model is over 72 and 86 percent respectively. In addition, the prediction for the biofilm developments on glass and fluorinated ethyl propene under 1m/s velocity was carried out too, and it is also in good agreement with correspondent experiments.
