固定化胶质红环菌在好氧条件下降解吲哚的研究

- 摘要:用聚集交联固定化胶质红环菌,在好氧条件下降解吲哚的实验.实验结果表明,该菌种可利用吲哚作为唯一碳源和氮源.固定化胶质红环菌好氧降解吲哚的最佳条件为:温度22-40℃,pH值5.5-8.5;投加适量KH2PO4可促进其降解吲哚的效果;金属离子Co2+、Ni2+、Cu2+对其降解吲哚性能有明显抑制作用.固定化胶质红环菌对吲哚去除率最高可达97.0%.
- Abstract:The Rhodocyclus gelatinosus can use indole as the sole carbon and nitrogen source. Aggregation cross bridging method was used for preparing immobilized cells. The optimum conditions for aerobic degradation of indole by immobilized Rhodocyclus gelatinosus are temperature 22-40℃, pH 5.5-8.5 and adding adequate KH2 PO4. Some metal ions can inhibit the degradation of indole, especially Co2+, Ni2+ and Cu 2+ . The removal rate of indole by immobilized Rhodocyclus gelatinosus is 97.0%.
