- 摘要:利用固相萃取(SPE)气相色谱质谱法(GCMS)对嘉陵江和长江重庆段河流和以这两条河流为水源的5个自来水厂水样中的壬基酚(NP)进行了检测.河流水样中4月份NP的浓度范围为0.02—1.12μgL;7月份为1.55—6.85μgL.自来水厂的水样中,4月份NP浓度范围为<0.01—0.06μgL;7月份为0.10—2.73μgL.方法的自来水加标回收率大于90%,环境水样中的加标回收率大于80%,检测限为0.01μgL.
- Abstract:A solid phase extraction GC MS method with high selectivity was used to determine nonylphenol (NP) in three gorges (Yangtze River and Jialing River) aquatic environment. The detected results showed that the river water and its concentration ranged from 0.02 to 6.85μg/L with different sampling sites and seasons,after treatment NP in waterworks, was removed more than 60% and the residual NP was in a range from under detected limit to 2.73μg/L. By the analytical method, the recoveries for standard spiking environmental and tap water were more than 80%, and 90%, respectively the detected limit of the method was 0.01μg/L.
