  • 摘要:研究了SO2O对NO在NiOγAl2O3催化剂上氧化活性的影响,考察了不同反应温度和不同SO2O浓度下的NO氧化脱除率和NO2生成浓度随时间的变化,并用XRD、IR、BET等方法测定了反应前后催化剂的物相结构.结果表明,在15.0℃时SO2O的存在对一段反应时间内NO在催化剂表面上的氧化具有很大的促进作用,SO2O在NiOγAl2O3上的适量吸附有效地提高了NO催化氧化的活性,但随着SO2O吸附量的增加,催化剂的活性会逐渐衰退.提高反应温度会使催化剂的失活速度加快.
  • Abstract:The catalytic oxidation of NO over NiO/γ Al2O3 in the presence of SO2 was studied. The effect of reaction temperature and SO2 concentration on the catalytic oxidation of NO were investigated. The structure of catalyst before and after reaction was analyzed and discussed by using of various material characterization techniques such as IR, XRD, BET, solid acid detection and so on. It was found that the activity of NiO/γ Al2O3 for the oxidation of NO to NO2 was enhanced temporarily by the adsorption of SO2 at temperature of 150℃. But the activity of NiO/γ Al2O3 decreased when the adsorption of SO2 on the surface of NiO/ γ Al2O3 increased. At temperature of 250℃, the catalyst lost its activity quickly after SO2 of 2500ppm was added into the reactor.
