  • 摘要:基于工业水污染与工业活动的规模和结构紧密相关的事实,通过分析城市工业水污染经济学特征,依据环境经济学原理,建立城市工业水污染物排放模型.并以决策模型为核心,将水污染排放模型,水环境质量模型以及水污染损失模型整合在系统中,构成城市工业水污染控制模拟系统的模型体系.最后,在分析了黄河流域典型城市———呼和浩特市的工业水污染状况的基础上,建立了符合该市工业水污染特征的模型体系.
  • Abstract:Based on the fact that industrial pollution is close relationship to the scale and structure of production activities, the model of water pollutant discharge has been built by analyzing economic characters of urban industrial water using environmental economics and econometrics. Models of water pollutant discharge, environmental quality and pollution losses were organized in urban industrial water pollution control system by decision model. Finally, after analyzing the state of industrial water pollution in the Huhhot City, which is a typical city of Yellow River Basin, the model system were developed.
