  • 摘要:研究了2氯—4硝基苯胺、4氯—3硝基苯胺、2氯—5硝基苯胺对斑马鱼的急性毒性,96hLC50分别为6.99、2.58、8.63mg/L.为阐明氯代硝基苯胺类化合物对水生生物抗氧化酶的早期影响,将鲫鱼暴露于梯度浓度的2氯—4硝基苯胺、4氯—3硝基苯胺、2氯—5硝基苯胺中,研究鲫鱼血清SOD和GSHPX活性短期(48h)内的变化,研究结果表明,在实验设置浓度下,随着暴露浓度升高,与空白对照组相比,3种化合物对SOD活性表现为先轻微激活后抑制,对GSHPX活性先激活再抑制后有所回升,表明3种化合物对鲫鱼血清SOD和GSH/PX活性有显著影响,与3种化合物96hLC50相比,引起生化效应的暴露浓度明显降低、且反应快速,可以考虑SOD和GSHPX酶活性相结合作为该类化合物对水环境污染胁迫的敏感生物指示物.
  • Abstract:The acute toxicity tests of 2chloro—4nitroaniline, 4chloro—3nitroaniline, 2chloro—5nitroaniline to Zebra fish were conducted, and the 96h LC50 were 6.99, 2.58, 8.63mg/L respectively. In order to discuss the early influences of chloric nitroanilinated chemicals on antioxidant enzymes of aquatic species, Carassius auratus were exposed to different concentrations of 2 chloro—4 nitroaniline, 4 chloro—3 nitroaniline, 2 chloro—5 nitroaniline. SOD and GSH PX activities of Carassius auratus serum in short term(48h) were studied. Under the concentrations of this experiment, with the exposing concentrations increasing, comparing with the control, SOD activities were slightly activated and then restrained, GSH PX activities were activated then inhibited then enhanced back. The results showed that these chemicals had significant influence on SOD and GSH PX activities. Comparing with 96h LC50 of these three chemicals, the exposing concentrations which induced biochemical effects were decreased, and the response was speedy. Therefore, attention may be paid on SOD and GSH PX as biomarkers of these chemicals' polluting menace on water environment.
