  • 摘要:以豇豆为供试植物, 分别接种泡囊丛枝菌根(VAM)真菌Acaulosporalavis(光壁无梗球囊霉, 菌号:34)和Glomuscaledonium(苏格兰球囊霉, 菌号:90036), 研究VA菌根对菌根际(A)、菌丝际(B)和常规土(C)土层中不同浓度DEHP(4、2.0、10.0mgkg)降解的影响.试验持续60d.结果表明:接种VAM真菌促进了DEHP在A、B、C土层中的降解, 尤其在B层的降解, 说明菌丝在DEHP降解和转移过程中起了重要作用.其中34号菌接种效果较为显著, A、B土层中的D
  • Abstract:Pigna sinensis was inoculated with vesicular arbuscular mycorrhiza(VAM) fungi Acaulospora lavis (strain No.34) and Glomus caledonium (strain No.90036) respectively to study the effects of VAM on degradation of DEHP at different concentrations (4、20、100mg/kg) in mycorrhizosphere(A), hyphosphere(B) and formal soil(C). The expeiment lasted 60 days. The results showed that VAM fungi could improve the degradation of DEHP in A, B and C soils layers, especially in B layer, which indicated that hyphae played an important role in degradation and translocation of DEHP. The inoculating effect of strain No.34 was more obvious, compaved with the uninoculated and the residues of DEHP in A and B decreased by 25.1% and 10 1% respectively. The numbers of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes decreased in A and B layers which were directly affected by VAM, but increased in C layer. The activity of soil neutral phosphatase in A, B and C layer soils changed in a same way as the number of soil microorganisms. The decrease of number of soil microorganisms and activity of soil neutral phosphatase in A and B may negatively affect the role of VA mycorrhiza played in degrading DEHP.
