  • 摘要:运用单细胞凝胶电泳技术(又称彗星试验)研究了SO2吸入对小鼠肺细胞DNA的损伤.结果发现, SO2可引起小鼠肺细胞DNA损伤, 随SO2吸入浓度的增高而DNA损伤加重, 具有明确的剂量效应关系.结果指出, 即使在低浓度SO2吸入(7mgm3)的条件下, 有DNA损伤的肺细胞也达96.8%, 表明肺细胞对SO2的毒作用非常敏感.结果还指出, SO2对雌性小
  • Abstract:The damage effects of sulfur dioxide (SO2) inhalation on DNA of lung cells from mice were studied with the single cell microgel electrophoresis tecknique (Comet test). The results show that DNA damage of lung cells is in a dose dependent manner. The results indicated that DNA of lung cells is very sensitive to SO2, even under low concentrations as 7mg(SO2)/m3, the lung cells with DNA damaged also reached to 96 8%. it implies the lung cells of mammalian animals are very sensitive to SO2 inhalation. The results also indicate that DNA damage of the lung cells from male mice is more serious than that from female mice, that that remains to be further studied. These results lead us to conclusion: SO2 pollution even at low concentrations also has a potential risk to damage genetic material DNA of lung cells from mammalian animals.
