  • 摘要:以天然岩石矿物为原料, 经过较简单的工艺过程合成的13X沸石分子筛用于吸附水中苯胺的实验研究, 结果表明:分子筛对苯胺的吸附速率非常快, 吸附时间为10min时, 吸附基本达饱和;一般当分子筛用量为10gL时, 水中苯胺的去除率达95%;随着pH值的增加, 苯胺在分子筛上的吸附率减小;温度增加, 吸附率有所增加, 但常温下, 苯胺的吸附率也能达到93%;13X分子筛对苯胺的最大吸附量可达10mg/g, 其吸附规律较好地符合Fruendlich吸附等温式;饱和了苯胺的分子筛, 用质量浓度为20%、温度为60
  • Abstract:The primary influential factors, capacities of adsorption and desorption on the treatment of aniline bearing wastewater using 13X molecular sieves synthesized from natural rock were experimentally investigated. The results showed that the ratio of adsorption reached a plateau value when the adsorption time was 10min. The removal rates was 95% when the ratio of molecular sieves to wastewater was 10g: 1L, and increased with decreasing pH, increased with increasing temperature, but reached 93% under normal temperature.The saturation adsorbing capacities of aniline was 10mg/g, and regularity of adsorption accorded with isothermal adsorption model of Fruendlich. Spent 13X molecular sieves could be regenerated by 20% NaCl under 60℃ without noticeable loss of capacity. Experimental researches indicate that 13X molecular sieves is suitable for the purification of phenol bearing wastewater.
