  • 摘要:对使用氨(NH3)脱除烟气中气态污染物的技术进行了分析和总结, 认为氨洗涤法洗涤净化烟气是一种很有前景的方法, 并就温度对SO2脱除率的影响进行了实验研究.实验研究结果显示, 当温度超过54℃时, NH3对SO2仍有很高的脱除率.并根据实验结果建议, 在实际氨法脱硫工程中, 脱硫过程温度宜控制在60℃以下或在80℃以上.
  • Abstract:The techniques for reducing SO2 by ammonia gas scrubbing are reviewed and analyzed in this paper. The byproducts from the FGCAS (flue gas cleaning by ammonia scrubbing) process are useful for agriculturae or for gas recovery. Also, the authors present the experimental results for SO2 reduction from the flue gas in the coal fired plant (CFP), and conclude that the methods by ammonia injection or scrubbing are effective to control the pollutant gas emissions. Stromberger conducted a bench scale study of the SO2 removal by NH 3 gas injection in simulated flue gases. The results were similar to the equilibrium calculations of Tock et al, and indicated that SO2 removal dropped to near zero at a temperature of around 54℃. On the other hand, a pilot scale study performed by Keener and Davis showed that a high SO2 removal from flue gas by NH 3 injection was possible at temperature above 54℃. They reported that the SO2 removal was in excess of 95% at about 2:1 molar injections of NH 3/SO2 for temperatures below 85℃.Our experimental results presented herein indicate that the FGCAS is still effective to remove SO2 above 54℃. The process temperature should be controlled below 60℃ or above 80℃ in actual installation for SO2 reduction by NH 3 scrubbing based on the experiments.
