  • 摘要:对国产轻质球型陶粒的理化性能及应用于曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理生活污水的效果进行了系统研究.结果表明,国产轻质球型陶粒固着微生物量大,挂膜快,寿命长,充氧能力强.用于处理生活污水,BOD去除率达90%,NH3-N去除率80%,BOD负荷6—10kg(BOD)(m3·d),适用于作BAF的微生物载体.研究确定了COD去除率与填料高度的关系式、反应动力学方程和BAF的工艺条件.
  • Abstract:The physical and chemical properties of homemade light granular ceramics and the effects of the domestic sewerage treatment by biological aerated filter (BAF) were studied. There was a great deal of sessile microbe on the surface of the ceramics. The ceramics have some advantages: fast membrane formation, long live and good oxygen-charging capacity. When the ceramics were used in the treatment of domestic sewerage, the removal of BOD, the removal of NH3-N and the BOD loading were 90%, 80% and 6—10kg(BOD)/(m3·d), respectively. The ceramics can be used as microbial filter of BAF. The relationships between removal of COD and filter height, reaction kinetics and technological conditions of BAF were also determined.
