液柱喷射湿法脱硫产物处理实验研究

- 摘要:本实验系统中, 液柱喷射湿法脱硫在脱硫产物的处理上采用就地强制氧化CaSO3, 真空带式过滤机脱水的方式.实验通过塔内氧化速度测试, 对不同脱水效果的石膏、浆液进行了分析比较, 发现氧化不完全的残余CaSO3是影响脱水效果的一个重要因素.改善氧化效果, 降低残余CaSO3的量, 是提高石膏品质的一种重要方法.
- Abstract:The disposal of the product is a key process in the Wet Flue Gas Desulfuration(WFGD). The slurry jet WFGD system in Nan Ning Smelting Plant adopted the forced oxidizing CaSO3 on the spot and dewatering by the vacuum filter. The experiment investigated the oxidation rate in the absorbing tank, tested and compared the slurries whose dewatering properties were different.The result showed that residual CaSO3 affected the slurry dewatering. To improve the quality of the gypsum, enhancing the oxidation in the absorbing tank is a right choice.
