木质人造板材甲醛释放规律的研究

- 摘要:通过对武汉市建筑装饰材料市场的11种木质人造板材甲醛释放量的研究分析表明, 甲醛释放浓度随时间有显著变化.我们采用Origin4.1软件的非线性模型中ExponentialDecay1数学拟合, 分别建立了短期和长期舱浓度随时间变化的模型.发现短期模型能够很好地反映数h内的甲醛释放的规律, 而长期模型在开始3周内拟合不够理想, 而后拟合准确.
- Abstract:By the analysis of formaldehyde emitted from 11 types of artificial wood-based boards taken from construction market in Wuhan city,the results showed that the emission concentrations have notably varied along with time. Short-term and long-term emission models according to chamber concentrations by using the Exponential Decay 1 Model in Origin 4.1 software were established. The short-term model reflected the concentration variation well for hours at beginning, and the long-term model not well during the first three weeks but after then it became well.
