- Abstract：In this review, the chemiluminescent detection methods of some important active oxygen species, e.g., hydrogen peroxide, singlet oxygen, superoxide anionic free radical and hydroxyl free radical and their application in analysis are described. Three common chemiluminescent reagents, luminol, lucigenine and cypridina luciferin analog used for the determination of active oxygen species are compared.
