  • 摘要:通过富集培养从南京周围土壤中分离到一株辛硫磷降解菌X-1.X-1能以辛硫磷为唯一碳源生长,初步鉴定为邻单胞菌属(Plesiomonassp.).X-1有广泛的碳、氮源利用谱,在25—30℃长势较好,最适生长pH是7.0.X-1能在24h内,使辛硫磷降解96%.质粒检测发现有两条大的质粒条带.
  • Abstract:A phoxim-degrading bacterium designated as X-1 was isolated from the pesticide-polluted soil by enrichment culture method. X-1 was primarily identified as Plesiomonas sp according to its biochemical-physiological characters. The bacterium was able to grow with phoxim as the sole carbon source and use a broad spectrum of carbon and nitrogen sources. The optimal temperature and pH for X-1's growth were 25—30℃ and 7.0 respectively. The phoxim degrading rate was 96% in 24 hours. Two large plasmids were detected in strain X-1.
