  • 摘要:利用海藻酸钙包埋固定啤酒酵母,对放射性241Am溶液进行吸附研究.结果表明:在初始浓度为8.5μgL(1.08MBqL)的241Am溶液中,pH1-4时固定化啤酒酵母吸附效果明显,吸附率在92%以上;接触2h,吸附基本达到平衡;15~45℃范围内,温度对吸附行为无显著影响;固定化啤酒酵母重复吸附6次,其吸附率均大于90%,累积吸附量为0.5μgg(633kBqg);3次吸附后,241Am溶液浓度可降为8.0×10-5μgL(~10BqL).
  • Abstract:The adsorption of radionuclide 241Am by immobilized saccharomyces cerevisiae (S.cerevisiae) from aqueous solutions and the effects of the various experimental conditions on the adsorption were studied. The results indicated that the biosorption for 241Am is very efficient, and the immobilized S. cerevisiae can be repeatedly or continuously used. The biosorption equilibrium was achieved within 2 hour more than 92% of the total 241Am was removed by the immobilized S. cerevisiae in the range of pH1-4. No significant differences in 241Am biosorption were observed at 15~45℃.The immobilized S.cerevisiae, even used repeatedly for 6 times, could still adsorb more than 90% of the total 241Am in solutions of 8.5μg/L(1.08MBq/L). At this time, the total adsorption capacity(W) for 241Am was more than 0.5μg/g globe (63 3kBq/g),but has not reached saturation yet. The left 241Am in solutions with initial 241Am concentration of 8.5μg/L(1.08MBq/L) was noted as low as 8.0×10-5 μg/L(~10Bq/L) after adsorption by the immobilized S.cerevisiae for 3 times.
