  • 摘要:以绿豆和萝卜为对象,研究了污水灌溉对作物生长与活性氧清除系统的影响.结果表明,与非污灌组相比,污灌作物生长受阻,叶片色素含量降低,叶组织膜结构损伤,电导率增大;SOD,POD,CAT活性表现不同程度降低;而MDA含量显著上升.研究发现,不同作物对污水胁迫的反应并不一致,叶片色素含量对污水胁迫的反应尤为明显.
  • Abstract:The effects of sewage irrigation on the growth and scavenging system of activated oxygen of Phaseolus radiatus and Raphanus sativus were studied. It was shown that the growth rate and contents of chlorophyll of Phaseolus radiatus and Raphanus sativus decreased compared with clear water ones. With sewage irrigation,membrane lipid peroxidation was quickened, membrane structure was harmed, and the permeability of membrane was increased. The activities of POD, SOD and CAT decreased in various degrees. The content of MDA increased. It was found thet, under the dirty water intimidation, the responses of different crops were inconformity.
