  • 摘要:采用GCB固相萃取作为净化方法, 利用LC/ESI/MS技术测定鱼体内不同聚合度壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPnEO, n≥3);用GCMS技术测定NP和NPnEO(n<3).此方法与传统的氧化铝法相比较, GCB固相萃取作为净化方法的回收率较高, 不同聚合度的NPnEO回收率为70.4%-120%;方法检测限为1ngg.用此方法调查了北京排污河中鲫鱼体内的NPnEO的残留情况, 在所捕获的12条鲫鱼中均检出了不同浓度的NPnEO和NP.NPnEO在北京排污河天津段鱼体内的残留浓度为40-680ng/g, NP的浓度在30-1510ng/g, 和水体中浓度之间的比值分别为898和94倍.
  • Abstract:A clean-up method based on GCB solid phase extraction was established to analyze the Nonylphenol Ethoxylates(NPnEO)and Nonylphenol(NP) in Carassius auratus muscle, and the recoveries of each NPnEO and NP ranged from 70.4% to 120%, which is better than that of Al2O3 clean-up method. The GCB-LC-ESI-MS and GCB-GC-MS methods were used to determine residual NPnEO(n≥3), NPnEO(n<3)and NP in muscle of Carassius auratus from the Tianjin Section of the waste water discharge river of Beijing. The mean concentrations of NPnEO in muscle Carassius auratus ranged from 40 to 680ng/g (wet weight), and NP were ranged from 30 to 1510ng/g.The ratio between the concentration in Carassius auratus and in water for NP is 898ng/g, which is 94 times as higher as that of NPnEO.
