- 摘要:以太阳光和紫外灯为光源研究了2烯丙基苯酚在溶液相中的光化学降解.太阳光下, 2烯丙基苯酚在甲醇、正己烷、重蒸水以及不同pH的缓冲溶液中的光稳定性很强, 但在丙酮中可以光解, 104mg·L-1的2烯丙基苯酚在丙酮中的光解半衰期为36.4h.核黄素、过氧化氢、三氯化铁能加快2烯丙基苯酚在水溶液中的光解速率, 其中核黄素的敏化效果最显着.在紫外光照下, 2烯丙基苯酚在各种溶剂中光解迅速, 速率遵循一级动力学方程;水中溶解物质对其光解有一定的抑制作用;在pH=9的缓冲溶液中的光解速率>pH=7的缓冲溶液中的光解速率>pH=4的缓冲溶液中的光解速度;紫外光照2h, 2烯丙基苯酚在甲醇中的主要光降解产物经GCMS和LCMS鉴定为:2, 4, 5三羟基苯甲醛、邻羟基苯乙酸甲酯、对烯丙基苯酚、2甲基苯并二氢呋喃.
- Abstract:The photo-degradation of 2-Allylphenol by UV irradiation or sunlight in various solvents was examined. 2-Allylphenol decomposed very slowly in aqueous phase, n-hexane and methanol under sunlight. The photolytic rate of 2-Allylphenol of 104μμg·mL-1 in acetone was high with half-life of 36.4μh. Photosensitizer such as riboflavin, H2O2, FeCl3, can enhance the photolysis of 2-Allylphenol in aqueous solutions. Among them, riboflavin is the most sensitive one. Under UV light, 2-Allylphenol was readily photo-degraded in various solvents, and the rate of photo-degradation of 2-Allylphenol followed first-order kinetics with significant correlation coefficient. The photo-degradation rates increased with increasing pH, and was also dependent upon the dissolved impurities. Four major products were detected and tentatively identified by GC-MS and LC-MS as follows: 2, 4, 5-Trihydroxybenzaldehyde, 4-Allylphenol, Methy1 2-hydroxphenylacetate, 2-methyl-benzodihydrofuran.
