  • 摘要:采用隆线(D.carinata)为试验生物, 研究Cr6+对隆线趋光指数的影响, 并与LC50急性毒性结果进行了比较.结果表明, 水的趋光指数(Ip)与铬浓度存在着显着的相关关系(y=0.391-0.514x, R2=0.81), 3H的Ip监测下限为0.056mg·L-1, 分别是LC50(24h)及LC50(48h)的23.60%和39.00%, 仅相当于LC50(96h).因此, 利用水趋光指数, 可能为评价水体的健康状况提供一种快速、灵敏的方法.
  • Abstract:Daphnia carinata was used and the LC50 of Cr(VI) regarding to phototactic behaviour was obtained. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the phototatic index (Ip) and the concentrations of Cr(VI) (y=0.391 0.514x, R2=0.81). The detect limit Cr(VI) based on Ip was 0.056μmg·L-1 at 3μhour, which was 23.6% of LC50 at 24μh and 39.00% at 48μh, respectively, but was similar to LC50 at 96μh. The endpoint could be compared to LC50 of acute toxicity, the changes in phototatic index(Ip) of Daphnia carinata could be use as a quick and sensitive endpoint for monitoring water qualities.
