  • 摘要:运用产业生态学原理, 结合研究区的产业特点, 通过设计物质多级利用的生态工艺与相关生产过程的整合, 将农业生产、甘蔗制糖、制糖废液生产酒精、酒精废液生产沼气、沼气发电、沼液作为有机肥灌溉农田、电厂固体废弃物生产建材等生产过程有机链接起来, 一方面解决了海南制糖废液的环境污染问题, 另一方面也使得12×104t糖蜜废液、40×104t废糟液、2.13×104t炉渣、22.38×104t粉煤灰、2400×104m3沼气、以及大量沼液、余热等外排废弃物因资源化而得到充分利用, 提高了资源利用效率, 与此同时也产生了显着的环境效益和经济效益.
  • Abstract:Sugar-refining industry is one of the important industries in Hainan p rovince. Sugar-refining waste liquid has become the key problem that prevents t h e development of sugar-refining industry in Hainan because of its high organic c oncentration, immediate drainage, difficult treatment and high cost. In this pap er, based on industrial ecology principles and the local conditions, a design fo r ecological pattern of multi-utilization of materials has been proposed. In th i s design, six kinds of industries including the agricultural production, sugar r efining, alcohol distillation, methane production, electricity generation, and t he production of building materials have been integrated into an industrial chai n. Sugar-refining waste liquid is designed to produce alcohol through distillat i on and fermentation. The molasses silage from alcohol production will be treated by anaerobic reactor. As the byproducts of anaerobic reactor, methane will be u sed for electricity generation and the methane slurry will be taken to land syst em for irrigation. Otherwise, the fly ash of electricity plant can be used to pr oduce building materials and the waste heat be used for alcohol distillation and anaerobic reactor. As a result, on the one hand, the negative influence of suga r-refining waste liquid to local environment will be eliminated; on the other h a nd, 12×104t sugar-refining waste liquid, 40×104μt molasses silage, 2.13 ×104μt s lurry, 22.38×104μt fly ash, 2μ400×104μm3 methane, much waste liquid of methane pr oduction and remaining heat from electricity plant has been fully utilized. The remarkable environmental and economical benefits can be produced through the mul ti-utilization of sugar-refining waste liquid in Hainan. Meanwhile, this paper also provides a case study for the development of industrial ecology in China.
