  • 摘要:从石油污染土壤中分离纯化到2株能以菲为唯一碳源和能源的细菌GF2和GF3, 初步鉴定均为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)细菌.根据细菌在烃-水两相体系中的细胞数量研究了GF2和GF3菌株的表面疏水性及其在不同环境条件下的变化, 同时对GF2和GF3在液体培养条件下降解菲的效能进行了研究.结果表明, GF2和GF3表面疏水性随培养时间、温度及pH值的变化而变化, GF3的疏水性(74.8%)大于GF2(58.6%).在25℃下培养7d, GF2和GF3对菲(250mg·L-1)的降解率分别达到85.6%和100%.
  • Abstract:Two bacterial strains that could utilize phenanthrene as sole carbon and energy sources were isolated from oil-contaminated soils. The two strains w e re identified as Pseudomonas based on their morphological and physio-bioch emica l characteristics. The surface hydrophobicity of the two strains and its affecti ng factors were studied based on the cell amount of bacteria in hydrocarbon-water two-phase system. The degradation of phenanthrene by GF2 and GF3 were carried out in solution. The results showed that the hydrophobicity of the two strains c hanged with the cultivation time, temperature and pH, and the surface hydrophobi city of strain GF3 (74.8%) was higher than that of strain GF2 (58.6%).The degr ad ation rate of phenanthrene (250μmg·L-1) by the strain GF2 and GF3 was 85.6% and 100% respectively under 25℃ for 7μd.
