  • 摘要:在2L高压间歇反应釜中, 系统地研究了高浓度难降解乳化废水的影响因素和动力学特征。 结果表明:湿式氧化温度以220℃为宜; TOC去除率为73.2%~82.1%; 供氧量以1.0~1.25倍理论需氧量为宜; 在较宽浓度范围内仍具有良好的处理效果; 并建立基于TOC指数型经验模型。
  • Abstract:A systematic study on wet air oxidation (WAO) of strength recalcitrant emulsified wastewater was performed in a 2-litre high-pressure batch autoclave, with emphasis on the influence factors and the dynamic characteristics. The experimental results indicated that the appropriate temperature was 220℃, and 73.2%~82.1% of TOC was removed; It was suitable for which the oxygen supply was 1.0~1.25 times as its theoretical value; The WAO had a good performance in a wide range, and an empirical model was developed on basis of the TOC exponential model.
