- 摘要:通过在不同的磷浓度和细胞浓度的铜绿微囊藻培养液中添加附生假单胞菌信号分子,研究了附生假单胞菌信号分子对铜绿微囊藻生长及磷代谢的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,附生假单胞菌信号分子能抑制高浓度铜绿微囊藻的生长,促使低浓度铜绿微囊藻衰亡,并可以促进在衰亡期藻细胞内磷的积累.附生假单胞菌的信号分子可以在附生假单胞菌-铜绿微囊藻种间起作用,影响铜绿微囊藻的生长和磷代谢.
- Abstract:The effect of signal molecular(SM)produced by attached bacteria Pseudomonas sp. Xon the Microsystis aeruginosa growth and phosphorus metabolism was studied. The experimental results showed that the signal molecular could inhibit the growth of M.aureginosa in high density, and accelerate its death in low density, but it could not inhibit the M. aeruginosa's absorption of phosphorus from water. And the signal molecular also could promote the accumulation of phosphorus in M. aureginosa in its decline period. These results indicated that signal molecular produced by attached bacteria could affect the growth and phosphorus metabolism of Microsystis aeruginosa in low concentration.
