- 摘要:通过野外观测和室内模拟试验,研究了三江平原不同土地利用方式下土壤呼吸温度敏感性及其影响因素.结果表明,指数模型能较好地表示不同土地利用方式下的土壤呼吸对温度变化的响应,但其在低温时拟合效果较好,高温时拟合效果较差.小叶章湿地Q10值最高(4.29),垦殖15年农田的Q10值最低(1.45).不同土地利用方式下Q10值从高到低的排列情况是:小叶章>灌丛>弃耕地>垦殖9年农田>垦殖15年农田.Q10值与土壤有机碳、水溶性有机碳、轻组有机碳和微生物量碳含量呈线性关系.因此,认为土壤有机碳的数量与结构是影响土壤呼吸温度敏感性的重要因素.不同土地利用方式下土壤Q值与深度010cm处土壤的平均含水量呈线性关系.
- Abstract:Field experiment and laboratory simulated experiment were conducted to estimate temperature sensitivity of soil respiration and its effecting factors in different land use in the Sanjiang Plain. The results showed that exponential equation expressed preferably the rate of change of soil respiration with respect to temperature. The highest Q10 value was observed in the wetland, and the lowest Q10 value was in the soils cultivated for 15 years. The Q10 values in the different land use soils following the order: wetland >upland forest soil>abandoned cultivated soil> soil cultivated for 9 years > soil cultivated for 15 years. There were significantly positive correlationship between the Q10 values and soil organic carbon, dissolved organic carbon, light fraction carbon, microbial biomass carbon. The Q10 values were negatively correlated with heavy fraction carbon. Therefore, the quantity and quality of soil organic carbon was a major factor controlling the Q10 values in the different land use. The Q10 values were positively correlated with soil water content at 0~10 cm, but not significantly.
