  • 摘要:研究了在不同处理时间和不同初始微囊藻毒素浓度下,浮萍的生长、光合生理特性以及对微囊藻毒素的去除效果.结果表明,当MC-RR的浓度不超过960 μg·L-1时,浮萍对微囊藻毒素具有很强的耐受性,其光合生理特性不受微囊藻毒素的抑制,并且还可以通过增大生长速度来减小微囊藻毒素对自身的伤害.此外,尽管还没有直接证据表明浮萍能够降解微囊藻毒素,但浮萍确实能够在短时间内有效去除水体中微囊藻毒素,说明浮萍可能在蓝藻水华的生物治理中具有一定的应用前景.
  • Abstract:Microcystins(MCs) decreased following the addition Lemna minor is focused on. The effects of MCs concentration and treat time on the growth and photosynthesis of Lemna minor and MCs decreased by light are also investigated in this paper. The results indicate that Fv/Fm of Lemna minor varies little when the concentration of MC-RR is as high as 960μg·L-1, yet the average wet weight shows a trend to reducing, which followed by increasing. We also find out that the growth rate of Lemna minor increased to alleviate the damage of MCs. At the same time, Lemna minor can decrease about 20 percent of MCs in the culture medium in the first 48 hours of treatment, when the concentration of MC-RR is between 96 and 960 μg·L-1, even though the amount of MCs decreased by light in the case of cell extract is great somehow. The results above suggest that Lemna minor can be applied in the control of cyanobacterial blooms.
