  • 摘要:利用植物载体丝瓜瓤对无花果曲霉(Aspergillus ficuum)进行固定,并对活性艳蓝KN-R进行脱色研究探讨了固定化菌体的菌龄、pH、温度、菌量对染料脱色的影响.比较了固定化菌体与菌丝球对活性艳蓝KN-R的脱色效果,研究了该固定化菌体的重复利用和动力学实验,并进行了实际废水的脱色研究.结果表明,最佳脱色条件为菌龄3d,温度33℃,pH为.0,菌量对染料脱色的影响依次为2%>1%>0.5%;固定化菌体对活性艳蓝KN-R的脱色效果优于菌丝球,且它对实际染料废水的脱色率均达80%以上;丝瓜瓤固定无花果曲霉对不同初始浓度(25~18mg·L-1)活性艳蓝KN-R的脱色过程遵循二级动力学方程;经次重复利用后的该固定化菌体,其脱色率仍达80.79%.
  • Abstract:Aspergillus ficuum was immobilized on Luffa cylindrica sponge, and was used to decolor Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R. The effects of mycelial age, pH and temperature on decolorization were studied. The decolorization efficiency of the immobilized fungus on Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R was compared with that of mycelial pellet. The reusability and kinetics of the immobilized fungus were also studied. Then application of the immobilized fungus to treat actual dye waster had also been done. The results showed that the optimum conditions for decolorization by immobilized fungus were 3-day-old age culture, temperature at 33℃, and pH 6.0. The effect of different amount of mycelium on decolorization rate followed the order of 2% > 1% > 0.5%. The immobilized fungus could decolorize Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R more effectively than mycelial pellet, and its decolorization rate to actual dye wastewater was over 80%. The decolorizaton of immobilized fungus on Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R at various initial concentrations (25~186mg·L-1) conformed to the second-order reaction model. After six times reused, the decolorization rate of the immobilized fungus could still reach 80.79%. Aspergillus ficuum immobilized on Luffa cylindrica sponge is promising for the treatment of dye wastewater.
