  • 摘要:为提高稻草的产气量并确定最理想的NaOH用量,采用不同浓度的NaOH溶液对稻草进行了浸泡预处理,并在完全混合厌氧消化工艺条件下,分析消化过程的pH值、VFA、COD和产气量等随时间的变化情况.结果表明,在经过NaOH溶液的浸泡处理以后,稻草厌氧消化的气体产量提高了38%~119%,其中甲烷含量从46%提高到59%,VS的去除率从38%提高到51%.实验证明,NaOH溶液对稻草的厌氧消化能力具有显著的促进作用,但Na+的存在也对消化造成了一定的阻抑作用.综合考虑实验结果后认为,浓度为6%的NaOH溶液的处理效果最为理想.
  • Abstract:In order to improve the gas yield of straw anaerobic digestion and confirm the ideal dosage of NaOH, the NaOH solutions in different concentration were used to pretreat the straw. The pH value, the VFA (volatile fatty acid), the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and the biogas yield have been analyzed under the complete mixture anaerobic digestion condition. After the pretreatment with NaOH solution, the biogas yield increased by 38%~119%, the methane content increased from 46% to 59%, and VS removal ratio improved from 38% to 51%. The results showed that the anaerobic digestion capability of the straw was enhanced remarkably by NaOH-pretreatment, but the digestion process was restrained to some extent by Na+. The comprehensive analysis of experiment indicated that the NaOH solution of 6% was considered as the optimal condition.
