  • 摘要:通过定向驯化,从海底污泥中分离得到一株降解偶氮染料的耐盐新菌株GTY,通过形态特征、生理生化特性以及对16SrDNA序列(GenBank Accession No.DQ286727)进行同源比较,鉴定该菌株属于芽孢杆菌属(Gracilibacillus sp.,中国普通微生物菌种保藏中心CGMCCNo.1528).生长特性和染料降解实验结果表明,菌株对链霉素和卡那霉素不敏感,耐盐度为0.5%~30%.其最适降解与生长条件为pH=7~8,温度30℃,盐度10%~20%.同时该菌株对13种不同结构的染料具有脱色作用,多数脱色率在90%以上,说明其具有较好的脱色广谱性和实际应用基础.
  • Abstract:Asalt-tolerant strain capable to decolorating azo dye was newly isolated from the coastal sediments contaminated with dye wastewater. It was identified as Gracilibacillus sp. based on morphological and physio-biochemical characteristics and 16SrDNAsequence analysis (GenBank Accession No. DQ286727) and was deposited in China General Microorganism Culture Center with the accession number CGMCC1528. The results suggested that the strain could tolerant the antibiotics of kanamycin and streptomycin and the salt concentration range of 0.5%~30%. The optimal pH, temperature and the salt concentration for cell growth and K-2BPdegradation were 7~8, 30℃ and 10%~20%, respectively. The results of the strain decolorizing many dyes show that the strain could decolorize many dyes and be used in the treatment of dye wastewater in practice.
