  • 摘要:采用人工土培养法,通过急性和亚急性暴露实验,研究了DDT和三氯杀螨醇对蚯蚓(赤子爱胜蚓)的存活、生长和繁殖能力的影响.结果表明,DDT在急性暴露期对蚯蚓存活具有一定的毒性,其14d的LC50为484.76mg·kg-1;三氯杀螨醇对蚯蚓的存活基本没有影响(LC50>4000mg·kg-1).DDT在急性和亚急性暴露期(10~28d)对蚯蚓的生长都具有显著的抑制作用(p<0.05),三氯杀螨醇在急性期对蚯蚓的生长没有抑制作用(p>0.05),在亚急性期对蚯蚓生长的影响尚不确定.DDT和三氯杀螨醇都显著抑制蚯蚓的繁殖能力(p<0.05).
  • Abstract:The artificial soil method was adopted to compare the toxicological effects of DDT and dicofol on earthworms after both acute and subtle exposure. The results showed that DDT had a lethal effect on earthworms, with LC50(14 d)=484.76 mg·kg-1, while dicofol had no obvious lethal effect on earthworms with LC50 >4000 mg·kg-1. DDT significantly inhibited the growth of earthworms after both acute and subtle exposure (p<0.05). Dicofol had no inhibition to the growth of earthworms in acute test (p>0.05), and uncertain inhibition to the growth in the subtle test. Both DDT and dicofol significantly inhibited the reproduction ability of earthworms (p<0.05). The research results provided a good indication for assessing soil pollutions of both DDT and dicofol and eco-toxicity of pesticides.
