  • 摘要:2005年7月采集广州市白云区、天河区、越秀区、荔湾区和海珠区的15个湖泊表层沉积物样品,在严格的质量保证(QA)/质量控制(QC)条件下,研究了城区湖泊表层沉积物中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalate Esters,PAEs)的组成、含量及分布特征,并对其污染情况进行了评价.城区湖泊表层沉积物中∑16PAEs含量为2.267~74.935μg·g-1(以干重计),平均值为20.651μg·g-1.TOC为1.126%~6.871%(质量分数).城区湖泊表层沉积物中DMP、DEP、DiBP、DnBP、DEEP和DEHP普遍存在,以DiBP、DEHP和DnBP为主要PAEs.通江湖泊、居民居住区、商业区和工业区湖泊PAEs污染严重.与国内外河流、湖泊、河口和近海表层沉积物PAEs污染水平比较,广州市城区湖泊表层沉积物中PAEs污染属中等水平.
  • Abstract:The composition and distribution characteristics of 16 phthalate esters (PAEs) in 15 surface sediments collected from urban lakes in Baiyun, Tianhe, Yuexiu, Liwan and Haizhu Districts of Guangzhou, China in July 2005, were investigated using GC-FIDand GC-MSunder quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) methods based on the U.S.EPA 8061 series. The concentrations of total PAEs in the surface sediments ranged from 2.267 to 74.935μg·g-1 dry weight (dw), with an average concentration of 20.651μg·g-1 (dw). Total organic carbon (TOC) ranged from 1.126~6.871%. The highest sediment concentration of total PAEs was found in site UL1, the urban lake connected to the Guangzhou Channel of the Pearl River, and the urban lakes in industrial, commercial and residential areas were all heavily contaminated. The major sources of PAEs in urban lakes were domestic sewage and industrial wastewater; runoff from roads, roofs and other surfaces; as well as atmospheric deposition. The distribution pattern of PAEs in the study area was controlled by the geographical conditions and the usage history of PAEs in the environments surrounding the urban lake. DMP, DEP, DnBP, DiBP, DEEPand DEHPwere found in all the surface sediments. DiBP, DEHPand DnBPwere the predominant PAEs. The overall level of PAEs in the study area is moderate compared to other areas including rivers, lakes, estuaries and the coast.
