  • 摘要:利用沉降炉研究了混煤燃烧过程中温度对飞灰颗粒尤其是PM10及PM2.5生成特性的影响.试验煤种为不同灰熔点的平朔煤、大优煤及其混煤,燃烧温度分别为1100℃、1200℃、1300℃.采用MalvernMS2000粒度分析仪对收集的飞灰颗粒尺寸分布进行测定.试验结果表明,高灰熔点煤中掺入低灰熔点的煤能增大飞灰颗粒的粒径,减少PM10及PM2.5的排放;对同一煤样,随着温度的升高,飞灰颗粒中PM10及PM2.5所占比例相应减小.
  • Abstract:Combustion of blended coal was studied in a drop tube furnace to understand the influence of temperature on the formation characteristics of fly ash especially PM10 and PM2.5. Two different ash fusion temperature bituminous coals and their blends were tested at combustion temperature of 1100℃、1200℃and 1300℃. Collected fly ash particles size distributions were measured by Marlven MS 2000 particle sizer. The results indicated that high ash fusion temperature coal added with low ash fusion temperature coal can increase high ash fusion temperature coal's fly ash particle average size and reduce PM10、PM2.5 release. The proportions of PM10 and PM2.5 decrease in the same coal with increasing temperture.
