- 摘要:探讨了核级高效空气过滤器的结构形式与过滤阻力之间的关系.分别采用进口的和国产的过滤材料,制作了一批不同褶间距(2.5~8.2mm)、褶深(33~275mm)和褶形状的高效空气过滤器,并对其过滤阻力进行了测试,研究了高效空气过滤器的结构与阻力之间的关系.实验结果表明,对于进口过滤材料,当褶深为33mm、52mm和73mm时,过滤阻力最低时相应的褶间距分别为2.7mm、3.4mm和4.0mm;对于国产过滤材料,当褶深为33mm、52mm、73mm、105mm和245mm时,过滤阻力最低时,相应的褶间距分别为2.5mm、3.1mm、3.7mm、4.8mm和5.4mm.因此,不同的过滤材料,应该有不同的过滤器最佳结构参数.此外,V形过滤材料褶过滤器比矩形过滤材料褶过滤器的阻力低.
- Abstract:The relationship between the structure and filtration resistance of high-efficiency particulate air(HEPA)filters was investigated.Aseries of HEPAfilters with different pleat distances(2.5~8.2 mm),pleat depth(33~275 mm)and pleat shapes were manufactured using imported and domestic filtration media,and their filtering performance was tested to obtain the structural parameters of the HEPAfilters with lowest filtration resistance.The experimental results showed that the best structural parameters varied with the filter media.For the imported filter media,when the pleat depth was 33 mm,52 mm and 73 mm,the pleat distances with the lowest resistance were 2.7 mm,3.4 mm and 4.0 mm,respectively;for the domestic filter media,when the pleat depth was 33 mm,52 mm,73 mm,105 mm and 245 mm,the pleat distances with the lowest resistance were 2.5 mm,3.1 mm,3.7 mm,4.8 mm and 5.4 mm,respectively.The resistance of HEPAfilters filled with V-shaped filtering media was lower than those filled with rectangular filtering media.
