  • 摘要:利用新建立的全耦合活性污泥模型(FCASM3),在完成FCASM3对德清县狮山污水处理厂现场模拟校验研究的基础上,分别模拟分析了溶解氧浓度、污泥停留时间和混合液回流比等单因素作用以及多因素共同作用对该厂AAO系统污水处理效果的影响.研究结果表明,溶解氧浓度是一个影响脱氮除磷效果十分重要而敏感的因素,低溶解氧浓度有利于系统内的脱氮反应朝着短程硝化-反硝化的方向进行.利用FCASM3模拟多因素正交试验的结果并进行了方差分析,得到了德清县狮山污水处理厂AAO系统的最佳运行工况:维持好氧池内平均溶解氧浓度为0.3g·m-3,污泥停留时间为20d,混合液回流比为5.在该条件下,该厂既可以实现达标排放,又可使污水处理系统发生短程硝化-反硝化作用,节约了运行成本,最大限度的降低了能耗,提高了资源利用率.
  • Abstract:Using the validated Fully Coupled Activated Sludge Model 3 (FCASM3), the effect of oxygen concentration, solid retention time and internal return ratio under single factor action and under multiple factor action for Deqing Shishan WWTP′s AAO process was studied. Simulation results indicated that oxygen concentration was very important and sensitive for nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and low oxygen concentration allowed short-cut nitrification-denitrification for nitrogen removal in the activated sludge system. The optimum operating conditions of Deqing Shishan WWTP′s AAO process were obtained from the variance analysis results of orthogonal simulation experiments: the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aerobic tank was maintained at about 0.3 g·m-3, the solid retention time was 20 d and the internal return ratio was set to be 5. If the WWTP ran under these conditions, not only were the emission standards achieved, but also the wastewater treatment system could run in short-cut nitrification-denitrification so as to save costs, lower energy consumption, and enhance efficient use of resources.
