- 摘要:高等微生物在污水生物处理系统中发挥着重要作用.然而,目前尚无有效方法用于测定高等微生物的活性.本文探索通过加盐抑制高等微生物的方法测定其活性.分别对小型SBR硝化系统和中试BCFS系统中的泥样进行加盐抑制实验,以验证这一测定方法的有效性.结果显示,此方法可以有效地测定SBR硝化系统中高等微生物的活性,其值约为14%.但此方法却不能用于BCFS系统,原因是BCFS系统中的异养细菌会受到盐的影响加速胞内底物代谢,并最终导致泥样的总耗氧偏高.
- Abstract:Higher microorganisms play significant roles in biological wastewater treatment systems.However,there are still no effective methods to determine the activity of higher microorganisms.In this article,a method involving salt inhibition of higher microorganisms is introduced,and tested with sludge samples from a lab-scale SBR nitrifying system and a pilot-scale BCFS system.The experimental results reveal that this method is suitable to determine the activity(14%) of higher microorganisms from the SBR nitrifying system.However,it is inappropriate for those from the heterotrophic BCFS system because the heterotrophic bacteria in the BCFS system could accelerate their internal substrate consumption rate to fight against the stress induced by salt addition,which resulted in increased total oxygen uptake rate(OUR) of the sludge samples.
